Modern Recycled Spaces© renovated and transformed the historic Scudder Tractor Co. building in Pennington, NJ, turning it into a modern recycled space. The Scudder Tractor Co. building dates back to 1925 and was owned by the Scudder family whose bloodlines can be traced back to King Edward III and the Magna Carta. For many years, the building showcased and serviced Ford Tractors. We spent nearly a year renovating and modernizing the 3,000-square foot building while trying to keep as many of the original elements possible, including exposed beams and windows. Now, the building that once showcased great old Ford Tractors is home to Integrated Fitness – a classical Pilates and holistic health and fitness center. Located in the heart of Pennington, NJ this building offers quick access to Route 31 and I95 and is perfect for small business, studios, artists, and many more looking for space to lease.
